No Return & No Refund Policy

At Study Hall NY, all sales are final. We are committed to providing high-quality streetwear and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Due to the limited nature of our collections and the exclusivity of our drops, we cannot offer returns or refunds on any items.

No Returns

  • All sales are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, the sale is considered final. We do not accept returns for any reason, including size exchanges or changes of mind.

No Refunds

  • We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
    Change of mind after purchase
    • Incorrect size selection
    • Delayed shipping
    • Minor color variations due to screen display differences

Please double-check your size and product details before completing your purchase. 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at shny@studyhallny.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos of the damage or defect for our team to review.
  • After review, if the item is deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement of the same item, subject to availability. If the item is no longer available, we may offer store credit at our discretion.

Shipping Errors

  • If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours at shny@studyhallny.com. We will cover the cost of shipping a replacement.

Please Note:

  • All products are thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Some accessories and specialty items are fulfilled by trusted third-party partners and may not undergo our in-house quality inspection. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at shny@studyhallny.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can assist you.
  • Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.
