Shipping Policy

At Study Hall New York, we are committed to providing a clear and reliable shipping experience.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Orders of $40 or more: Free standard shipping (5–10 business days after fulfillment).
Orders under $40: $8 flat-rate standard shipping (5–10 business days after fulfillment).

International Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Delivery generally takes 7–21 business days after fulfillment.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow additional processing time during holidays, new collection launches, and other high-volume periods. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, contact us at shny@studyhallny.com. Study Hall NY is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier, but we will help you review available tracking information.
