At Study Hall New York, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience from start to finish. Below, you will find all the details regarding our shipping process, timelines, and costs.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $30 within the U.S. For orders under $40, a flat rate of $8 will apply.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
- Orders over $30: Free Standard Shipping (5-10 business days)
- Orders under $30: $8 flat rate (5-10 business days)
International Shipping:
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Delivery times vary based on the destination, generally taking **7-21 business days**.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and fulfilled Monday through Friday. Please allow additional time during peak periods (e.g., holidays or new collection drops).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to stay updated on the delivery status.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs office. These charges are not included in our shipping rates, and we have no control over them.
Delayed or Lost Packages
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as high order volumes or shipping carrier issues. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at*shny@studyhallny.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Please note: Study Hall NY is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
